Business Development Manager — New Business Team

We are currently in an expansion phase and looking to recruit an experienced new business developer to join us on our journey to become the world’s largest platform and authority in the academic recruitment market.

About the role

As part of the New Business Team, your primary objective will be to establish new and sustainable partnerships with universities and research institutes across the globe. Using Academic Positions’ full talent-attraction and employer branding offering, you will be operating at the forefront of the company’s sales force, booking and leading meetings with key stakeholders, building relationships, and identifying and pursuing high-potential business opportunities. 

The role requires a structured and efficient approach and the team will provide you with relevant training necessary to get up to speed on our CRM system and sales process.
